82.7.1 -- 53" x 66" flag -- overall red color with 3" white fringe. Center has spread eagle 24" wing tip to wing tip across eagle chest is shield - blue 6 1/2" x 8". Shield is made up of seven red and white vertical stripes 1/2" wide. Shield bottom is pointed. Eagle faces right with yellow ribbon, 1 1/2" wide in beak. Left of head, is the inscription "E PLURIBUS". Right of beak is "UNUM". Wings are shades of brown, yellow, and tan. Left leg is spread and claws have thirteen arrows - right claw holds sprig of thirteen leaves and thirteen berries all in shades of green. Near each corner of banner is a light white five pointed star 5" across. Above eagle head is a rough circle of clusters 10" in diameter. Remainder of this circle is a navy blue field with thirteen white stars 1 3/16" across. This entire side is duplicated on opposite side.
